If you’ve purchased an original artwork, print or other physical product and have changed your mind, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your order under UK consumer law, provided it is returned unused and in its original condition.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours and include photographs where possible.
A replacement, repair or full refund will be offered where appropriate.
Commissioned Artwork
Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, commissions cannot usually be cancelled or returned once work has begun unless they are faulty or not supplied as agreed.
